EPSF General Assembly

The supreme decision-making authority, in the light of EPSF constitution, held four times a year in the presence of all Local Associations’ representatives.

EPSF Executive Board

Highest authority responsible for managing all matters related to EPSF and making decisions in alignment with the implementation of the federation’s annual activities and projects. They are:

🌟 President

The President is the chief representative and decision-maker of EPSF, leading the strategic direction and ensuring smooth execution of projects and activities. They represent EPSF in all official events locally and internationally and oversee the performance of the Executive Board. The President also approves financial expenditures, calls for General Assembly meetings, and builds relationships with external organizations and partners.

IT Committee

Supervised by the EPSF President, it aims to enhance operational efficiency through digital tools, automation, and remote services. It manages digital projects, evaluates new technologies, trains members, seeks partnerships, and monitors performance using strategic KPIs.

Policy Committee

Responsible for preparing position papers and joint statements on global and regional health issues, representing EPSF's policies to major organizations like WHO and MOH. It researches key pharmacy-related topics, develops educational tools on health advocacy for members, and conducts annual reviews of policy work to enhance the EPSF Model.

🧭 Vice President

The Vice President steps in when the President is absent or delegated and temporarily assumes leadership if the President resigns. They hold nearly all presidential powers except for major decisions like dismissing board members or calling emergency assemblies.

🗂️ Secretary General

Ensures EPSF operates in full alignment with its constitution by managing all official documentation and internal regulations. Organizes and oversees General Assembly meetings, maintains and updates historical records, and handles all official email communications.

💰 Treasurer

Oversees EPSF’s financial health through continuous budget updates, proper allocation of funds, and financial reporting. Also manages merchandise activities with the Logistics and Organizing Chairperson (LOC ChP).

❤️ Public Health Chairperson

Leads public health awareness campaigns aligned with WHO international health days. Organizes workshops and community outreach events to promote wellness and humanitarian initiatives.

📘 Pharmacy Education Chairperson

Enhances students’ academic knowledge, research skills, and professional capabilities. Designs educational programs, competitions, and initiatives that promote the pharmacist’s societal role.

🌍 Student Exchange Officer (SEO)

Manages EPSF’s international exchange programs, arranges training for Egyptian students abroad, and hosts foreign students in Egypt. Maintains direct communication with IPSF.

🏛️ Human Resources Chairperson

Acts as the liaison between EPSF and Local Associations. Supports associations, assists with onboarding new associations, and fosters national unity through events and engagement.

🤝 External Relations Chairperson

Builds partnerships and secures sponsorships from government and private entities. Establishes strong connections with professional bodies and explores collaboration opportunities.

📣 Marketing Director

Promotes EPSF and its initiatives through digital marketing, media campaigns, and public relations. Manages the online presence, branding, and sponsors’ visibility.

📚 Training Director

Develops and delivers training programs that enhance the personal and professional skills of EPSF members. Oversees a team of certified trainers in the Training Department.

Training Department

Composed of the Training Chairperson and a team of certified trainers, aiming to empower EPSF members through structured programs and workshops.

🌐 IPSF Contact Person of EPSF

Strengthens EPSF’s presence internationally by connecting with IPSF and IPAF EMRO, promoting EPSF’s work globally and ensuring active representation.

🖌️ Media & Publications Chairperson

Creates promotional materials, videos, and publications for EPSF, ensuring consistent branding and strong visual communication.

🛠️ Logistics and Organizing Chairperson

Handles procurement, inventory, printing, and distribution of logistical materials. Supports major EPSF events like the Annual Congress and National Gathering.

EPSF Working Groups

Groups of members selected by the Executive Board to assist in fulfilling roles and achieving federation objectives.

EPSF Local Associations

University-based branches of EPSF located within pharmacy faculties across Egypt. They organize events, campaigns, and programs that align with EPSF’s national mission, offering students leadership, teamwork, and development opportunities.
