On strings of charitable work and with a slight streak of light, the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation began its first steps on the road in 1982, in cooperation between scientific associations located in 6 Egyptian universities: Alexandria University, Assiut University, Al-Azhar University, Cairo University, Tanta University, Zagazig University. 

As we know that for every beginning there is a hardship; the founders faced many challenges and difficulties, but they were able to overcome all that they faced so that the thread becomes a fabric and the Egyptian Pharmaceutical students’ Federation is the most popular student activity among pharmacy students in various Egyptian universities.

From day one EPSF has established their role in being pioneers in pharmacy education and organizing impactful events both nationally and internationally, and that showed in their first ever hosting only two years after founding the federation in 1984 of IPSF 30th annual congress hosted by EPSF, Egypt in Alexandria. Ever since then, EPSF has become an internationally trusted as a well performing and representing organization for Egyptian pharmacy students.
